How to book a taxi (cab), minicab, private hire services?

DCG Airport Taxi offers exclusively pre-booked services. This means that our drivers and chauffeurs can offer you a service once you have made your booking. To book a road transport of your choice please use the “Book Online” direct quote.

How to book a limousine, minibus, wheelchair access vehicle, coach?

These services are offered on demand, please mail us: info@dcgairporttaxi.co.uk or call us to make your booking. To make your booking finalized we would request you to make a payment for requested service.

How to book air taxi or charter aircraft?

Air transport services cannot be booked with help of “Book online” engine yet. To book you aircraft transfer, please call us or mail us and we will book for you required service. It is quick and easy, just make your mind up about your requirements.

How to cancel my booking?

Once you have made your booking and wish to cancel it, please report it as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fee. You can mail us: refund@dcgairporttaxi.co.uk or call us: (+44) 0 208 1234547. It is advised also that you get familiar with the Terms and Conditions prior to your booking: http://www.dcgairporttaxi.co.uk/terms-and-conditions to know how the process of cancellation might work.

How to check the status of my booking?

You can check the status of your booking once you are logged in to your profile. At the top right corner of “Book Online” window you can find the login place. If you do not remember your PIN, please request a new one by clicking into “Request New PIN”.

I have special requirements.

Please inform us about your special requirements before the journey so we can assure the highest level of service. To do so you can leave a note during online bookings, call us or mail us.

I need to make a group booking.

Group bookings for a bigger number of travellers are possible. Please specify the number of passengers and the number of vehicles that you require during your booking. You can book a group travel online by using our “Book Online” and following booking steps or simply by calling us.
 

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

You should always receive your booking confirmation by email and SMS. The confirmation is generated once you pay for the service. If you did not receive the email, please check in your junk box. Alternatively, please inform us about it as soon as possible.

How to book a taxi (cab), minicab, private hire services?

To book a road transport such as taxi, private hire transfer or minicab of your choice please use the “Book Online” direct quote. You have to pre-book your taxi to have it guaranteed.

How to book a limousine, minibus, wheelchair access vehicle, coach?

These services are offered on demand, please mail us: info@dcgairporttaxi.co.uk or call us to make your bookings. If you mail us then our Customer Care would call you back to finalize your booking and take the payment.

How to book air taxi or charter aircraft?

All air transport services have to be booked with help of DCG Customer Care so please mail us and leave your number to call you back or simply call us. Booking your air taxi is quick and easy, just make your mind up about your requirements.
 
At DCG Airport Taxi all services have to be pre-booked. Only when you have your booking DCG drivers and chauffeurs will be able to drive for you. For Customers who prefer online bookings we advise to use the “Book Online” direct quote. You can also call us and make your booking via the phone.

How to cancel my booking?

If you are a new Customer who does not have the option of monthly invoiced payments, please report your cancellation as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fee. You can mail us: refund@dcgairporttaxi.co.uk or call us: (+44)0 208 1234547 to do so.

How to check the status of my booking?

All Customers can login to their profiles to check the status of their booking. It is also possible to call us or mail us: info@dcgairporttaxi.co.uk.
