Dear Customer, DCG Airport Taxi serves private and business/corporate Passengers. Please get familiar with provided hereunder information and if there is something more that you would like to know – please, contact us.

The DCG Customer Service is available 24/7. All Customers are offered support on how to book a taxi, how to pay for the service, but also regarding pick up and drop off instructions.

Bookings and Payments – Private and Corporate Customers

We recommend private Customers to book requested services using “Book Online” quote – it is quick, safe and reliable. Corporate Customers who are not frequent users of taxi services are also advised to use “Book online” tool. It is also possible to order your taxi by phone. All frequent business Customers are normally offered an option of account bookings that are invoiced by DCG by the end of each month. Permanent Customers have assigned an account manager who is the first contact person. Payment methods vary depending on Customers. For new and less frequent users DCG offers option of paying by payment cards. We accept all major payment cards such as: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All permanent Corporate Customers can pay either by payment cards or bank transfers based on generated invoices.

Normally within 24h a confirming email is sent that the inquiry has been received. Depending on the seriousness of the matter, a reply is prepared as soon as it is only possible.
