Can I order your taxi to bring me anywhere in the UK?
From all major London airports DCG Airport Taxi will bring you anywhere you need. Depending on other locations, it may be subject to availability.
How will I know that my booking is made?
You will receive confirming text message and email with details of your booking. Also, we will send you an email with journey’s pick up instructions and contact details of your driver.
When will I receive my invoice?
Inform our Customer Service team, they will prepare the invoice for you and send it to you.
How do I find my driver at the pick-up points?
If you ordered Meet and Greet service, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals by the Meeting Point. He will hold a plate with your name/ name of your company on. Please check for the location of the Meeting Point before your journey. Passengers without Meet and Greet service are advised to call their driver immediately after landing/arrival to find out the waiting location of their driver.
What is a ‘Meet and Greet’ service?
A ‘Meet and Greet’ service is offered on request. The driver will come to pick you up from the Arrivals Hall, station etc. Your driver will hold a plate with your name on so you can easily distinguish him from other drivers.
Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, We are fully licensed. All our vehicles are also insured.
Can I smoke in the car?
Smoking is not permitted in all DCG vehicles.
How to pay for my booking?
When you book your taxi you can pay by cards, all major payment cards are accepted.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your taxi booking and the sooner you inform the Customer Care about it the lower the cancellation fee.
I have problems using the “Book online” direct quote.
If you encounter problems while making your taxi booking and after refreshing the website the system says that you are already registered this means that you should request a new PIN to log in. Then you will be able to book your taxi from your profile.
