Edmonton International Airport (YEG)
Edmonton International Airport is located 16 miles southwest of City Centre Edmonton and is one of busiest airports in Canada.
Airport was opened in 1960 for domestic and cargo use. Nowadays the airport serves international flights and is an operating spot for many airlines e.g.: Air Canada, Air Canada Express, American Airline, American Eagle, Delta Air Lines, Central Mountain Air, KLM, North-western Air, US Airways, WestJet Encore and WestJet.
Edmonton International Airport has two runways and one terminal with about 30 boarding gates and 15 check-in counters. Airport is facilitated with public telephone booths, ATM, duty-free shops and some fast food restaurants like Starbucks, Jasper Bar & Grill, Chilis Texas Grill and Caffè Sorrentino.
