Juba International Airport
Juba International Airport is placed on the northeastern outskirts of Juba city in South Sudan’s state Central Equatoria. The airport code is JUB.
The airport was established in 2005 for commercial and military flights. It is also used by cargo companies and United Nation flight missions. Since 2009 the airport has been going under permanent construction and infrastructure development.
Airport is served by five international carriers (Ethiopian Airways, Air Uganda, Egypt Air, Kenya Airways and Fly Dubai) operating on daily basic. Main destinations such as Khartoum, Cairo and Nairobi are within Africa.
Juba International Airport has one terminal, two helicopter pads, 2.4km runaway capable of handling huge airplanes and stand for Airport taxi Juba International Airport.
