Seychelles International Airport
Seychelles International Airport lies 11 kilometers southeast of capital city Victoria on the largest Seychelles island Mahe. The code of the airport also known as Aéroport de la pointe Larue is SEZ.
The airport was officially opened on 20 March 1972 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Now it is considered the main transport hub for domestic travel and gateway to the sunny beaches of Seychelles.
There are 13 international airlines providing flights to and from Africa (Kenya Airways), Asia (Sri Lankan Airways), Middle East (Etihad) and Europe (Air France). The airport is home base to national airline Air Seychelles serving local and international destinations.
